It is a fabric made up of an inner layer of 3mm foam and an outer layer of shiny satinette on one side and matte on the other.
Foamed fabric is used for making accessories such as bags, purses, backpack bases, etc., because it gives our project more body and volume.
Use a soluble textile adhesive or overcast stitch or zigzag stitch to attach it to your outer fabric to make it easier to sew.
